Marf
MSN top search is trending "Bo Pelini." Huh wonder why that is! Think this could possibly have any affect on recruiting? Obviously if the nation is googling his name instead of the usual Megan Fox or Justin Bieber searches, Nebraska is getting a ton of negative attention over this. Quote Link to comment

kansas husker
I don't see too much of a backlash comming off of this. A meeting with HP and talking to from TO and that will be all, its pretty clear that a lot of folks seem to think that the flood gates are opening but the fact is it is just one loss and in all likelyhood we are still looking at a 12-2 season with a big 12 championship. junior4949
When looking back at how we've played since the Mizzou game, do you guys still have the same confidence in us winning the Big 12 Championship? At the beginning of the game Saturday, my mom asked me how I thought we'd do. I said I feel great because first off Niles Paul downed the ball rather than bringing it out of the endzone and fumbling it. Second, he caught his first pass rather than dropping it. I felt pretty good until Martinez got thumped by one of the OL. When Green came in, I thought the game was over. A&M didn't beat Nebraska. Nebraska beat Nebraska. Quote Link to comment
krc1995
I have to wonder about the status of offensive recruits with the future of watson in doubt Quote Link to comment
krc1995
To add to the above, I think defensive recruits might love that they have a coach that will stick up for them Quote Link to comment
kansas husker
the auto complete of "Bo Pelini is..." seems to agree with the op. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Just wondering how many people would have to type in "Bo Pelini is a jerk" for it to be part of the autoload??? Quote Link to comment
308_Husker
the auto complete of "Bo Pelini is..." seems to agree with the op. Haha... Wow. Not exactly the kind of "auto complete" you want associated with your name. Oh well, you live and you learn. Quote Link to comment

Not exactly the kind of "auto complete" you want associated with your name. Oh well, you live and you learn. I read that Taylor Martinez's name was the most googled name on Sunday night. That is pretty amazing. One thread on the HI free board had at least 30000 views on Sunday alone. Quote Link to comment
Redmusky
This Texas A&M game as made BO,Cotton and Martinez the most famous people on the internet. way to go A&M Quote Link to comment
cerny50
Anyone who says this won't affect recruiting in any way is lying to themselves, parents of recruits have a huge amount of say in where kids go and if Bo's portrayed as the "bad guy" of college football I don't think you'll see parents breaking down doors to get the kids to NU.
