Enhance
Our O-Line needs a lot of work especially against aggressive blitzing defenses. What's with the shot at fro daddy? He usually does a fine job of arguing his point and making some of the posters here look rather stupid. As far as your post, I agree. I think we can all pretty much agree the offensive line needs work in just being plain consistent. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Blocking and tackling. Honestly work is needed on both side of the ball. Quote Link to comment
C N Red
I just want to know why Keith Williams was in the game. He was OBVIOUSLY hurting and everytime, I mean everytime he pulled he was slow and way behind where he was supposed to be so he slowed up our backs. If we're a big time program then the guy behind the hurting players(ie martinez, williams) should be able to play at a higher level than the hurt players. Quote Link to comment
roundegotrip
Maybe I have to go rewatch, but I thought the o-line played okay. Not great, but Taylor holding on to the ball made them look worse than they were in pass protection, and his reluctance (to put it kindly) to keep the ball on the zone read made them look worse than they were in the run game. 1 Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
They played pretty bad IMO, did okay in the wildcat formation, but the pass protection was terrible. Taylor may have held onto the ball too long at times, but for the most part he got the $hit beat out of him. I'm sure he's sore today.......... Quote Link to comment
Hunter94
the O line was horrible and Williams was hurt and should have sat down...another pathetic product from Cotton. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
Those that think our offensive line is doing well are fooled IMO. The few times our offensive line has done well I think its come from our playmakers doing what they do well. I've seen plenty of games this season where they sucked it up. Watson and Cotton need to go along with others before our offense gets better. Quote Link to comment

I remember last year just getting rocked against Texas. This year, against similar defenses they were better, not great, but better. I honestly think that if we had played to their strengths (running the football) we would have won last night. Quote Link to comment
Cy the Cyclone
Speed rushers have beat the Husker tackles all year...it wasn't a big surprise that the trend continued against Oklahoma. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
How long has Keith Williams been hurt? I had no idea about his injury. Quote Link to comment
