OmahaPlaya
Not sure it belongs here but Mo Purify is with the Georgia Force of the Arena Football League. Looks like his team is playing in the American Conference Championship game vs. Jacksonville. Game kicking off now on NFL Network. That catch of his vs. A&M is still fresh in my mind after all these years. Quote Link to comment
n.e.husker
To bad he didnt make it in the NFL, maybe he will get another shot. Quote Link to comment
OmahaPlaya
Maybe so and hopefully with a team not the Bungles. Quote Link to comment
HuskerMack
If the nighthawks have a season he will be playing for the this year with crouch. Quote Link to comment
Foppa
Unfortunately I once met Purify downtown at Buffalo Wild Wings. Hopefully he can find a way to get an income in football to raise his kid, because the guy is dumber than a dead brick. I worked my ass off to get my degree, but how he got his is mind-boggling. 74Hunter
Marginal talent at best. At a school that is known for running the football, he would not be in the top 10 of all time Husker receivers. Good luck to him. I hope he makes it big some day. Quote Link to comment
redout22
Purify still goes down as my favorite player of the 2000 decade. I really hope he gets another chance Quote Link to comment
Pedro Guerrero
Marginal talent at best. Wrong Quote Link to comment
BIG ERN
Mo-P was a stud. I def have him top 10 WR in Nebraska history. Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Marginal talent at best. Wrong Yeah, I'm not getting the "marginal" talent vibe either. Not sure where that comes from. It could be argued that Purify hasn't utilized his talent to its utmost, but that's about it. The guy has legit skills. Quote Link to comment
BGREDSTUCKN IA
Even though they lost, he was pretty much unstoppable last night. Granted it is arena fb. Quote Link to comment
