The King
Not sure if this is where this belongs, and it was gonna be too long for anyone to see in my status. Feel free to move/delete if necessary. Seeing as I'm obviously from Oregon, and have not seen a Nebraska football game in a long, long time. (Live, of course.) I was looking into going to the Iowa game. However, the prices seem to be quite outrageous from what I have seen. (Over $200 a ticket..insane) I was wondering, whats the best place/way to get cheaper tickets? This may be a dumb question, but seeing as how I'm in Oregon, I really haven't looked into tickets at all and don't really know the ins and outs of Nebraska tickets. Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
Cheapest way to get tickets would be to show up gameday. Lots of people sell tickets outside the stadium before the game Quote Link to comment
okaive
$200 tickets are cheap IMO. Quote Link to comment

Supply and Demand....coming from out of state, the price isn't that bad, but as written you can always find tickets outside the stadium. Quote Link to comment
The Maudfather
Like posted above, if you're not looking to pay outrageous prices online, best bet is to show up and get them outside of the stadium. Quote Link to comment
The King
Thank you all for the feedback. And I would be fine paying $200..at the time it was like $280 a pop. Ha ~.~ Quote Link to comment

da skers
That ticket will get cheaper as the time nears. Quote Link to comment
Minnesota_husker
The fact it is after Thanksgiving should help you. Just keep looking. Quote Link to comment
JoeHuskers!
What part of Oregon are you from? Quote Link to comment
The King
Just outside of Portland. Yup. The game being so close to Thanksgiving is one reason I thought it may lower the price a little, with all the travelling and what not. Quote Link to comment
Foppa
I 'Want to go to iowa game, but'...I'm in New Zealand. That ends up being a $2300 ticket when you include the flight haha. But I'd rather pay that than go to the finals of the Rugby World Cup, which amazingly would be a cheaper option. Good luck to ya. Quote Link to comment
AJ32
If you don't mine standing the whole game, & sitting in the student section, student tickets will be cheap. A lot of students leave Lincoln for Thanksgiving, so it would pry be about $30 per ticket, plus $50 to validate it. Quote Link to comment

I'll look into it, thanks! Quote Link to comment
AJ32
If you do go that route, let me know. I can try to help you find tickets. I have a lot of out of state friends who usually sell their tickets for about $25. Quote Link to comment
