Apathy
Iowa fans are not happy about this and are hopign that Kirk will pull his scholarship for wearing a Husker shirt. Iowa commit sporting Husker gear Quote Link to comment
Minnesota_husker
God forbid he goes on a visit. Quote Link to comment
Haspula
I'm reading their board right now. Bunch of classless fans Quote Link to comment
irafreak
I love how they always fall back on Lawrence Phillips. Quote Link to comment
T-Husker
Wow! Iowa fans on that board you posted huskerjock are ridiculous. We already made the decision not to offer ott based on other DE's on our boards and McMullen correct? Any chance things change on that front? Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
With the limited space there was no chance of Drew getting a scholly. Preferred walk-on was the best that it was going to be. Mike Schoff will be offered before Ott. Great freak out by the Squakeye's though. I love the ones that say he should have had Iowa gear on. That was really gonna happen. Classic. Apathy
I love how they always fall back on Lawrence Phillips. I agree and Iowa fans are always the ones who rip Husker fans for bringing up the past and then they pull out the old Lawrence Phillips/Thunder Collins cards. I also found it funny how a lot of those fans on that site called us Iowa's little sister to the west. Seriously? Quote Link to comment
carlfense
That is awesome. They are losing their minds. I especially like the guy hypothesizing how Ferentz probably sent him as a double agent. Iowa = the new Missouri. Quote Link to comment
typ3kal
I live in IC and they have some of the worst fans. Not all of them, but there are a lot of stupid shitheads. Not to mention their gameday experience is second to Lincoln by far. I got stuck watching the rest of the Iowa game instead of the first quarter husker game on BTN this weekend when hosting a watch party with a dozen or so other refuges here. Was like living in hell. Same here about the game! I was visiting some friends in Ames before the UNI debacle and didn't get to the Neb game until around 10 mins in the 2nd quarter. I dvr'd it back home in Nebraska, and still had it around then. Dumb! I get ya about Ott tho. Preferred walk on compared to scholly from Iowa, and that decision probably becomes pretty dang easy. Can't wait till next year when we have more schollys to give, because I love homegrown talent suiting up in red. Quote Link to comment
redout22
I have that shirt. Anyway, man those Iowa fans are funny... Quote Link to comment

NUance
I wonder if the Drew Ott is related to Steve Ott the backup O-lineman who played for NU in the early 90s? LINK Quote Link to comment
