A felony conviction followed three months later by a probation violation, and all he gets is a total of 200 hours of community service, 60 days in jail (38 with good time) and a no alcohol clause during probation. Three total years of probation. All things considered, I think he got off light. Really? All he did was shove a cop. You can drive drunk...2 or 3 times, get caught and serve lighter sentences.
