Pretty obvious. 83 = You were born in 1990, so this isn't a reference to 1983. Most likely it's your number in High School. That just leaves js. It's actually scary that you got that. js are my initials, although not John Smith. neb for Nebraska, and 83 was my number for football in high school. That's also why my number is 83 for my avatar.
