HuskerNationNick
Defense: Martin and a VERY closer runner up, Whaley Offense: No brainer, Rex Quote Link to comment
flatwaterfan
Martin on D. I agree that Whaley is a close 2nd. Mark Pelini on offense. Quote Link to comment
Scarlet Overkill
Greg Davis (OC for Iowa), for making the blackshirts look even better. Quote Link to comment
mwj98
Martin.....just flat out whipped Iowa's offensive line... Burkhead coming into the game...on the 1 inch line and doing what he did, was nothing short of amazing....I don't think abdullah pulls it off....he isn't as elusive as burkhead. Watching him play made me miss him even more. I can't remember....did he play in the Wisconsin game? Quote Link to comment

Rex just has that will and drive that will probably never be matched again. It's amazing time and time again the little things that man does. Quote Link to comment

Guy Chamberlin
I can't believe anyone other than Rex Burkhead received a vote. Quote Link to comment
Fuzzy
I gotta say Eric Martin. Honorable mention should be Braylon Heard, if he had more carries in the first half, maybe we would have gotten a TD or two. He really moved around and picked up necessary first downs. Quote Link to comment
