Fuzzy
Has anyone heard how this kid did working out with the scout team this year? If there was one guy i would like to see step up at the Tight End spot along side Jake Long next season, it would be Sam Cotton. Greg Hart might get a crack at playing time when he makes it to campus. Quote Link to comment
HuskerFowler
Everything thats been said says Sam is the best athlete of the family. No reason to believe he wont be just as good or better than Ben. Just not sure where hes at with his development as far as playing next year, maybe someone else can help with that. Count 'Bility
Isn there 3 Cotton boys on the team? I guess call it two now that Ben is officially done, but I think Jake on the Oline is going to be quite good too at some point. Quote Link to comment

Because for everything he has done on the field he has ruined it with his coaching haha Quote Link to comment
Saint Boseph
don't sleep on the other ex-Lincoln Southeast tight ends either, Sutton and Foster. I knocked heads against Sutton for 3 years of high school ball. The dude has a freakish physique and can run-block with the best of em, has a mean-streak that is very Ricky Henry like. Sutton is nothing to write home about as a pass-catcher though, but I'd rather we have more run-blocking specialists. He is very much a throwback to the corn-fed Nebraska bulldozers we use to churn out by the dozen. I don't know much about Foster. I hear the coaches are high on him, but I don't put too much weight into coaches' hyping of a player, as it is very hit-or-miss (i.e. Lavonte David and Antonio Bell respectively).
