WoodyHayes1951
Selling rings was never an issue until UGA players were dealing their stuff after the SEC champ game in 2003 and the NCAA decided that was the last straw. I doubt the current guys even see these rings until they leave school anyway. Quote Link to comment

They will eventually regret selling them but that's their choice. Quote Link to comment
BOJ
My junk is jacked, cant do quotes, this is attempting to quote Michiganman with his stupid ebay link. So I can buy a class ring from Michigan, but not a sports ring? Seems like an easy education. Why are all your graduates so eager to sell their rings? You too can be a Michigan Man for $799.00 Edit: SOB, as soon as I posted. the class ring was taken off, you win this round Michiganman Quote Link to comment

And they were actually the division champion. Just spitballing. Quote Link to comment

And they were actually the division champion. Just spitballing. So....who was the division champion then? Wasn't Wisconsin. Even the Big Ten doesn't call them that. They specifically call them the Leader's Division Representative. (Yes they do actually call Nebraska the Legend's Division champion.) Quote Link to comment

QMany
Who? THE Michigan State University and THE University of North Carolina. Perennial powers. Happy that Ohio took after their traditions. Quote Link to comment
mrandyk
You don't make rings for division championships unless you are Wake Forest, Indiana, Iowa State, or some other bottom feeder in a power conference. I'm sure we got a trophy in 08 when we tied Mizzou for the North division, but have decided it would be embarrassing to display anywhere. Quote Link to comment

Or michigan st and North Carolina Youre Ohio St. You celebrate National and conference championships. Division titles are just another rung on the ladder. You might as well make rings for beating michigan and Penn St as well. Just opinions from a fan of a fellow traditional power. This is why we Husker fans find this a little distasteful. It's nothing against Ohio St. itself. Quote Link to comment
