exswoo
Really liking the new bowl line-up - I'll root for which ever team comes up to SF bay area! http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/9415746/sources-big-ten-adds-holiday-kraft-fight-hunger-bowls-postseason-lineup Quote Link to comment
Creighton Duke
Will anyone in the conference NOT be going to a bowl game? Quote Link to comment
husker_99
I like having the holiday bowl but not the kraft fight hunger bowl. Quote Link to comment
topekahusker
I like the Holiday Bowl a lot...the Kraft 'mac n cheese' Bowl is still a step up from the Pinstripe Bowl. What was Delany smoking with that gem of an addition? Quote Link to comment
huKSer
1) Holiday 2) Kraft 3) Pinstripe 4) Cap one 5) Outback 6) Gator 7) <3 of Dallas 8) That thing in Pasadena 9) BCS (or two) Expected to add 10) Music City 11) Detroit Lions That's a lot of bowls Quote Link to comment
HSKR
Holiday is a great get and a real kick in the sack to the Big 12 losing that. Not sure why people don't like the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl? San Fran is another quality travel destination for fans. I could think of much worse places to end up for the bowl season. Well done Delany. Quote Link to comment
WoodyHayes1951
3 Florida Bowls(4 if you include the occasional Orange Bowl) 3 California Bowls Very nice for recruiting. Quote Link to comment

This is what I was thinking too, even though I dont look at things too much from a recruiting standpoint. But this makes for a hell of a footprint. Imagine if we could nab a Texas Bowl or two. We've got all areas covered West(Pasadena, San Diego and Bay Area) South(Miami, Tampa,Orlando) Deep South(Nashville, Jacksonville) Northeast(NYC) Southwest(Dallas) Not to mention the addition of the DC metro area that Maryland brings. Great for recruiting but also for the fans and alumni in these locales. Quote Link to comment

Dallas is not in Texas?? However - if we fall low enough in the pecking order to get to Dallas - yuck Quote Link to comment

You do know for some of these bowls you covet so much we would have to do worse than 9-3 right? something like 7-5, etc. Quote Link to comment
exswoo
Looks like the Heart of Dallas will be part of a 3/3 rotation with the Armed Forces bowl...and the Military Bowl might also be added in DC. http://espn.go.com/blog/bigten/post/_/id/78767/b1g-to-adopt-tiered-bowl-selection-process Quote Link to comment
