The new system will improve our ticketing process.

Which is code for "this is a new idea to make the customer do more work, like the self checkouts at walmart"

 

I personally like this idea. When I put in for ticket upgrades in the past I always wished i could have had more input. This has the potential to be a good thing. I don't know how the blue hairs will grasp this concept, then again they are the ones that don't usually need the upgrade.

Yep! no problem. I decided to go ahead and ask to be included in the process. I like where I'm sitting, but I figure it doesn't hurt to check things out. I'll just stay put if I don't find something I like better. :)
