Crowd for Purdue game?

Recommended Posts

If somebody that's just going to sit on their hands all game wants to give me their tickets I'll gladly take their place.

Amen to that.

Forget the empty seats, the people that are there aren't doing their part. I look around whenever I go to a game and I wonder why 3/4 of the people are even there. A friend of mine said he saw a few people reading books a few rows in front of him. We've got to step it up.

Dem 11 am games be missin the energy, I feel dat. Just sumthin not right drinkin beer wit frosted flakes still fresh on yo breath.

Grow up a bit. Check your brassies to make sure they are man-sized. Forget the kiddie cereal and have a protein drink with a raw egg, some bacon and chill the beer real cold.

IMO there is nothing better than a slightly stale glazed donut or two and a few beers for breakfast on a Saturday.

Forget all that. English itself would be a tremendous start.

Many students were hungover from the night before due to formals and whatnot, and a 11 am game in the sun doesn't help anything. Halloween is the day before the game, with that being said, turn out may be around the same. The 2:30pm kickoff will help with attendance and the cooler weather may too.

If you are in college you should know how to prepare for a hangover before it happens. For those of you who haven't been trained properly, 1.) Don't drink

stupid. 2.) 2/3 Excedrin with half a glass of alka seltzer before bed/passing out. 3.) Bloody Mary with breakfast. 4.) Don't drink stupid, there are only so manyHusker Games in your lifetime and even fewer that you will be able to attend.

That is probably true!

I did not go to all the games when I was in college, I skipped a ton. Even now, I head down to Lincoln to tailgate/bars but I hardly ever go in the game. I guess I just don't find it as much fun as I do tailgating and/or hitting the bars.

Can you try typing your thoughts more clearly? I'm just asking seriously here because I don't care to read what you type at all if when you don't. I find that some of your posts are ok and bring some added stuff to the conversation but your stylized posts take away whatever you might bring to it.

If you're set on this, I'll just use the forum ignore function and never see anything you post again...and I probably won't be the only one.

Hey u do what cha gots to do.

I am me, and be da first to admit my words ain't da best. I type like I talk, ain't smart, I know.

All yall might be some lucky dudes in college, as fo me, ain't made it pass grade 7. Streets taught me and I make my own way. Been tough shiggidy at time but I love da huskers no doubt, so les keep that in common. If I offend you except the apology

I'm scared to see what it might be like this game. Last week against Rutgers the crowd was one of the worst I have ever heard and seen. Two glaring parts of the stadium were void of any fans. Upper student section was bare and so was a piece of upper northeast stands. Crowd was dead, quiet and wasn't very interested in game.

Will we see a change with the later start for Purdue?

The move to the Big Ten was definitely a great move, imo. Definitely a plus.
