Eric the Red
"I’d say it’s embarrassing that Nebraska football is now getting schooled by the same style that it mastered all those years. But you can’t really be embarrassed anymore, can you?" Quote Link to comment
admo
Would be nice to be a bit more physical and tougher on both sides of the ball. Quote Link to comment
admo
Not embarrassed any longer. Just more fed up and ready for a change. Quote Link to comment
Bradr
There was embarrassment at one point, years ago. Now it's just an empty feeling. 4 Quote Link to comment
Norhusker
SE better make a change. Apathy is growing. Indifference is around the corner. Indifference equals loss of revenue and ticket sales. Right now it is apathy for me. Keep this up into next year and I might just not care...... It is hard to care when we see the same results year after year. The same excuses..... Quote Link to comment
Hedley Lamarr
Last year I truly began to not be upset with losses. 2011 I would get pissed, 2012 I was still bummed when we got the L. 2013 I could give 2 craps and this season I actually find it comical Quote Link to comment

Guy does nothing to coach up kids, he just yells and yells. Threatens ("you better not ever...."). Etc... A true players coach takes full responsiblity on blunders and spends his time emotionally stable when things start to turn south. Get up high emotionally with your players when things go right, stay and remain calm and keep coaching when they don't... Stopped cuz I was tired of typing on the phone.. Quote Link to comment
np_husker
I agree with Shatel, but I just saw this same thing on Facebook and am amazed by the number of people dissing Shatel and the number rof people who are apparently ok with what the program has become. Quote Link to comment

beanman
Facebook has a lot of non diehards...I mean who goes on facebook to talk football? The same dips$&ts that take 10 selfies a day and post something inspirational to accompany them. That's who. Facebook is a huge collection of morons. I really need to get off of it. Most folks really don't care about how the team plays and don't know what they're talking about. Why we get credit for being such a knowledgeable fanbase is baffling to me. Because some of the stupid sh#t people say while I sit at the stadium tells me they don't understand the game at all. 2 Quote Link to comment
True2tRA
I'm still embarrassed. Not by games like Minnesota honestly. Minnesota is good. Their offense is everything I dream of ours being. With our talent and their coaching, holy sh#t. All we would need is a TE and I happen to think Cethan Carter would do just fine if he wasn't wasting away with this staff. Wisconsin was embarrassing. More embarrassing for me than it was for the coaches apparently. That's the disgusting part of all of it. The willingness to write it off as "this stuff happens". No, 408 doesn't happen, thats why it's a f'ing record genius. (or was a record) No pride. Only blame. Pathetic really. 2 Quote Link to comment
Dr. Mantis Toboggan
The sad part is that people now expect these blowout losses or losing to teams that we should be able to beat. That expectation is what our program is known for now, and that is embarrassing. Quote Link to comment

Its official, Huskers are the Jayhawks of the B1G - where in the hell did tradition go? and why doesn't the school care? I am thinking of just staying in Omaha from now on and going to watch those freshman play hockey at UNO, and they win too! I am not sure what I am going to do when the invoice comes for a donation. I will only open it hoping there is a refund check in it! I know, that is about as realistic as NU winning a conference crown any time soon. Quote Link to comment
