Offensive Coordinator and other coaching vacancies

We need a RB coach that can recruit all the time and more then 1-2 players a year. Brown is a great coach and good with teaching the kids but one thing he lacked was recruiting prowess. This staff needs to consist of every coach willing to go out on the road and recruit.

 

So Ron Brown didn't go out on the road and recruit?

 

Brown was a good recruiter. He is the guy most mothers what their boys to play for.

Ron Brown is an above average recruiter, when he recruits. The biggest issue being when he recruits.

Yep.....apparently not all coaches need a transition year.

The 2009 defense was beast. But the thought was that we should expect 7 to 8 wins next year. Bo first year was 2008 and with that so so defense and offense in transition he won 9 games. The 2009 defense was awesome but it didn't play any games in 2008.

God Bo was a total garbage man. Him in the XII during the rg3/Briles/Collin Klien would have sent him to Youngstown a ton earlier.

I would say both are horrible head coaches. The NFL typically doesn't constantly employ bad teachers, and Callahan has had a job there since 07. Bo may be at his last outpost at the upper level.
