Moiraine
3462 votes and 3000 counties. The graph is neat but the sample size isn't big enough. 1 Quote Link to comment
Red Dead Redemption
Props to Wisconsin on dominating the state of Vermont! Not hard to do when only 1 vote was received from the entire state of Vermont Quote Link to comment

dvdcrr
They need to re analyze the algorithm if it yields that rural Ne counties favor Washington State. Quote Link to comment
husker98
UCLA is favorite in northern maine and Lousiana tech in wyoming. Yea their sample size was too small. This whole thing seemed lazy to me, a great idea, just lazy execution Quote Link to comment
Kiyoat Husker
With more data, that would be a cool map. I like the graphic from this site: http://commoncensus.org/sports.php They have an NCAA FB map, MLB, NFL, etc. Looks like it hasn't been updated since 2010, but still gives a pretty accurate picture. Gobigred44
I understand how there can be some weird results in the Dakotas or Montanas or Delawares or Maines of the world that have no FBS teams. But how is about half of Arizona ruled by either the Washington Huskies or Texas Longhorns? There are 2 BCS conference teams in the state. Quote Link to comment
Gobigred44
Look at how little of their own state the Terps control. The Rutgers and Maryland expansion was a humiliating beyond belief joke. Quote Link to comment

Although granted UCLA and northern Maine are as far away as any 2 locations in the continental U.S. are. Quote Link to comment
