You're right, but I bet the coaches are happy they have Morgan and Spielman to work with on offense. Guys that have proven they can compete and succeed at this level is still worth something. In a normal case, though, returning experience is a very key predictor, whereas in such a coaching change, it means an awful lot less. Quote Link to comment
