Loebarth
I still don't think there's a place for college or nfl on friday's but.. I've also grown used to it so I find myself saying "why not"? Quote Link to comment
Red Five Posted yesterday at 03:33 PM Share Posted yesterday at 03:33 PM For those wondering about NU/CU, assume Fox is taking Texas @ Michigan for Big Noon. So whoever has the 2nd pick (CBS at 2:30 or NBC at 6:30) will take our game. Then one of these games will be the 3rd pick Kansas @ Illinois Iowa St @ Iowa Mich St @ Maryland Duke @ Northwestern Boise St @ Oregon 1 Quote Link to comment

As in, Fox gets the first pick and it'll definitely be Ohio State/Michigan. Quote Link to comment

As in, Fox gets the first pick and it'll definitely be Ohio State/Michigan. The actually draft weeks, not games (and Fox doesn't get the 1st pick of every weekend). That's why we get the 2 week out announcements later in the season, because they wait until they see how the season will be going before deciding what game they might want in say week 10. And looking at the schedule, all weeks aren't created equal. Week 10 might be loaded while Week 5 sucks (byes, crappy non-con games). So say CBS might take "2nd pick Week 10" instead of "1st pick week 5". For example, the first 10 picks of the "draft" might go: Fox - 1st pick Week 14 (OSU/MIch) Fox - 1st pick Week 2 (Tex/Mich) Fox - 1st pick Week 3 Fox - 1st pick Week 10 NBC - 1st pick Week 7 CBS - 1st pick Week 13 Fox - 1st pick Week 12 Fox - 1st pick Week 9 CBS - 2nd pick Week 10 NBC - 2nd pick Week 2 (CU/NU) 1 Quote Link to comment
