Toe
Senior Day hittin a little different this year... But... but HuskerBoard told me that freshmen WRs should be fully developed and have a complete knowledge of the offense and playbook from the moment they step onto campus! There's no way that having a WR group that's almost entirely freshmen could be a huge problem for the offense, it's all Martinez's fault! All Frost needs to do is put the talent on the field and let them make plays, he's such an idiot!!!! 5 2 Quote Link to comment
HuskerInLostWages
I agree with his running, doesn't look fast but also doesn't have to look it when one of his strides it 2 or 3 of the DB's covering him. 1 Quote Link to comment
ColoradoHusk
@Toethe best part about that play where Betts ran the wrong route is that he listened to Wandale and nodded his head yes that he ran the wrong route, and then Betts pointed to himself saying “my bad” to Adrian when he got back to the LOS. That shows Betts is accountable and coachable. 7 Quote Link to comment
Toe
@ColoradoHusk Now if only we could say that about all of our WR recruits of the last four years or so... 4 Quote Link to comment
ZRod
@ColoradoHusk I absolutely loved that post play exchange. The humility and coachability was great to see. Plus he didn't hang his head or beat himself up about it, just learn from it and move on to the next play. Also, Wan'Dale was super fun to watch. He was smiling and laughing the whole game, even when he got picked up on that tackle. Dude just loves the game and life. 5 Quote Link to comment
