That's probably where I got the idea. :D

 

I haven't made paella in years. That's a big-crowd kind of dish, and they all have to like seafood.

Not so my friend! Paella (and according to some, even the original recipe) can be made without seasfood. You can make a damn good one with just chicken, pork, or sausage.
