Have i not seen the memo on Polo-Gates? Nomination or Polynesian Player of the year?? Or do they just pick a guy off every team?

Watch lists are pretty much anyone who is expected to have a decent role on the team.

 

I do not remember seeing the Polynesian watch list before.  But he played in their all-star game after high school so they probably just list (almost) everyone who is an alumni of that game.
