wildman
Dan Beebe? It can't be Beebe as he would have to relocate from under Mack Browns desk. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
Dan Beebe? It can't be Beebe as he would have to relocate from under Mack Browns desk. If I didn't know better, I'd think there was almost some sort of sexual connotation to this statement. Quote Link to comment

huskersrule95
Paul Meyers seems like probably the leading candidate. This was comment from story by Brian Christopherson who is a Husker reporter from Journal Star. Pretty big compliment especially coming from someone as great as Tom Osborne. Posted by: Brian Christopherson on August 12, 2011 3:10PM CST Here's Osborne on a story we wrote about Meyers from 2008 on this very subject. “I haven’t really met any type of individual that doesn’t seem to connect with Paul,” Osborne said. “I’m sure it could happen, but I haven’t met that person yet.” Quote Link to comment

Didn't he actually resign during Pedey's tenure and then coaxed back? I'd be ok with this. Pretty much anyone but Trev would be ok in my book, though. Quote Link to comment

He got fed up during Pedey years and was big red flag to department that he left. Here is an article about Meyers potentially being the next AD http://www.omaha.com/article/20110806/BIGRED/708069837 Quote Link to comment

I do see Cotton moving to a desk job in the next few years. I can live with that as long as that desk is nowhere near the athletic dept or coaches offices. Quote Link to comment
