The reason why I prefer to see the Huskers play at 11am.... And hate when they play at 230pm.........Is the Networks And with the same tradition and format, the NBA screws the viewers the same way. Grrrrr Games are scheduled 2hrs and 30mins between games...... But aired on the same network/station. Grrrrr I don't like missing part of the first quarter because the previous game is dragging on with timeouts or overtime or post game interviews. I get amped up for the tipoff/kickoff.....for days..... But we get joined "in progress" halfway into the 1st quarter.... Grrrrr There has to be a better way to broadcast these back to back games. No offense to the previous game, but my whole day or week is amped up for the other game...... And you screwed me out of seeing the kickoff and tipoff.... /Vent

Speaking of keeping things unreal, CJ Stroud doesn't play for Pitt or New England or Cleveland or Jets, Giants, Buffalo, etc..... CJ Stroud plays 9 games underneath a dome for 9 home games, with no wind factor or temp below 55 degrees..... And plays road games in Indianapolis, Jacksonville Florida and Tennessee. He practically playing 13 games out of 17 with perfect weather like the combine. I'm not buying the hype. Because most QBs can do pretty good in that environment week after week. He sucked at Baltimore. The proof was there.

My Chicago Bears drafted QB Caleb Wiliams and WR Rome Odunze with the first 9 picks in the 1st round. So happy that they nailed it. The future looks very good for Chicago.....

During "the covid period" ? The time when the world was turned upside down? People dying. Zoom meetings, masks, covid shots, etc... I mean they even played games with cardboard cutouts for fans. I don't mind teams getting fines, penalties and probation. As long as it was outside of that nerve-wrecking crisis time (covid).

Yeah that's the point I was making, is that it really isn't caught until it's too late, and often times accidentally. I have lost loved ones from it too.
