      There's also only 5 teams who haven't lost less than 4 games in that same time span: Illinois, Purdue, Minnesota, Indiana, Nebraska. But nobody talks about that.

    The sooner the NCAA makes Saban play by the same rules as everyone else the better. With their current roster and the players they are looking to sign, they are roughly 8 spots over the 85 scholarship limit.       "Panning out" and "meeting the minimum" is relative. If you're capable of doing 4 star work and they have the ability to bring in someone who can do it at a 5 star level, you're no longer doing the minimum necessary to keep your job.

      So when an engineering student with a 3.4 GPA gets their scholarship cut and given to a freshmen who got a 36 on their ACT's, is that bullsh#t too? Because that happens every day and I don't see anyone whining about that poor unfortunate 3.4 kid. Time to grow up and realize the world isn't going to give you things just for showing up.
