I will be involved in the hiring because I have certain criteria that I’m looking for. (Winning track record/building a team from scratch/identity/recruiting prowess). All of Nebraska wants you to be successful. Frost would not accept it. When fans leave the stadium early because the coaching is so putrid and getting slapped around by flipping IOWA, Frost’s fate is sealed. Trev can say I tried to get him to make changes but coach wouldn’t. If Frost agrees to it, who knows? The new staff gets three years to go to a bowl.

I had one year where Large Marge’s a$$ hung over the row in front of me. It kept my feet warm for those late Colorado games. She would occasionally rock back into my stiletto knees. I’m heavy on Illinois. NU doesn’t have an identity under Frost and I have zero faith in Chin. Hope this is the year Huskers go bowling but I bet against that too. Whoever gets NU in their next bowl might have 70,000 Huskers in the stadium regardless of the opponent.
