Glad to hear that kid thought it was awesome, but we have about a .00001% chance with Vanderdoes. His quote yesterday was "either way I'm getting a better Degree and a better shot at the NFL at SC" when someone told him have fun losing to the duck for the next four years.

From what I have heard, No. Jonathan Rose will most likely be our starting Safety. He would have started this year, if it wasn't for the rule, that you had to sit out a year when transferring schools in the same division. I hadn't heard anything about Jonathan Rose, must be really good if he would have pulled ahead of Stafford for the starting spot. I am excited to see all these guys we keep hearing about with great potential show it on the field.

I don't think we end up playing Oregon either, but I don't think I really want to either. Not unless we get Suh back for the game.

I was wondering this too. Where do we actually stand with any RB's? I am wondering on about every position except qb myself. I think we are in the running for several very good RB's between Kemp, Newby, David Williams and Cornelius Elder. Plus we have a good stable of young backs now with Heard and Abdullah having 2 years left and Cross with 3. It's a great situation for a kid to come in and redshirt, get a year of light game experience and 2 to 3 years of heavy playing time.

I think Texas has started losing some credibility with recruits after the last couple seasons they've had. This is this best chance we've had in a while to go head to head with Texas on recruits.

He seems like an upgrade over LaCouture, too bad Christian wouldn't consider moving inside to DT, but not fast enough to play DE IMO. It looks like Gregory has a motor and strength and speed, a good fit for what we need at the postion.

I hope we shed the conservative vanilla approach and go after them with a ferocity we have not seen so far this year. Act like this is the biggest game of the year because all the goals they have made hinge on this game. Go 2 minute drill and stretch them to start and then mix in the runs. Get the passing game into their heads first then crush them with the running game. Just mix it up and be aggressive.

He keeps picking us because he sees that we should be better than the other team every time we play, but for some reason we keep throwing the games away.

Does Pelini even watch the games where other teams do stop Robinson or Braxton? It seems like there are plenty of other coaches that can coach defense better than ours.

I think Bo is desperate for D-line talent and would give anyone with size a shot. If this kid is really strong as well as big it might just work out with him as NT.

I really like JoJo Kemp, probably as well as any of the RB's film I've seen. I saw Brown went to visit him at his school last week so I don't know if I buy that he tried to commit and we wouldn't take it.

I think if Bo could take all four DT Juco's he would plus a normal amount of high school talent. And I don't think his job is up to hot yet, just warming a little.

I remember my brother playing against one the Kelsay's I think Chris and he didn't think he was anything special either, but he had a good career and went pro. It's really hard to tell from high school ball, but I think Nebraska high school ball is under rated also.

Like was mentioned above, when people are running freely against us the db's can't help but have to respect the run and that play action kills them. If they trusted the front to take care of it they would be even better, much better than they have been so far.

I want what we wanted when BO was hired, come in and fix the defense. A defense that gets blown out by no one in the country. A defense that if you put up over 300 yards you had a great day against us. I want a coach that can adjust to the other team and not get blatantly out coached and embarrassed by good teams.
