Well, from Mavric's post in the recruiting thread, these are the guys that will enroll early as Freshmen. From this group, I'm really interested in hearing about all these guys, but more specifically, how Mills, Robinson and Henrich do. I'm really hoping that McQuitty breaks out and does something. Every year I have thought he would contribute, and he just never sees the field. That said, mainly all the WRs other than JD. Who is going to step up to take Morgan's place. I'm confident that someone will, just have no clue who. I really am interested in seeing what Jurgen's looks like and how he plays at Center. Has he put on enough good weight to play the position yet? Defensive front 7. Who steps up to be the pass rusher we need. It would be awesome if we could get two.

The bowl is on the 19th, so basically one month after signing day. I can't see it staying secret that long. And, there's a dead period for most of that. I'm don't know the exact dates of that. So, the coaches can't contact any recruit during that time. Edit: just looked it up. Dead period is from December 17th to January 10th.

I'm interested in learning more about this. But, I have to think that the girl was already over heated and dehydrated when the border patrol found her. It's a horrible situation and I feel very sorry for the girl and her family. But, it sure seems to me that it's possible the border patrol is put in a very difficult situation here that makes them look bad.

Stanford is going to be really really tough. But, there are lots of Stanford people that watched our match and in the end went......."crap". We have the momentum and the mentality to go take care of business no matter how the match starts.

I think I saw seismic improvements already in the team from the first game to the last game of the season. I see no reason why they won't make yet another big jump in the off season. But....nobody knows for sure. That's what makes sports fun.

Assuming we would land every player we've discussed, along with Pritchet, that would be 29 players. At best, that gets us to #18 rated class with 8 4* players and 15 "high" 3* players (I use .86 and above for that). I like the class and I love it that we would be taking close to 30 players and I really don't see many real reaches in the class.

So, it sounds to me like we are in really good shape and probably getting Gates, Robinson and Fritzche. Hopefully all three sign next week. We are still in the running for Banks and Wallace. If we get Gates, then we probably are going to get a visit from Pola-Moa and at least have a chance with him. Do I have this pretty much how others see it?

Wow.....It really is scary what so many people can be fooled into believing.

All I have heard for the last 12 months is the Cubs and how he's best friends with Kris Bryant and how they really want to play together. Cubs supposedly didn't sign some players last year that they could have, to save money for Harper this year. I'm going to be disappointed if that doesn't happen and they miss out on other good players too. This team was a couple players shy of being really good again last year. Let's get it put together for next year.

This will do nothing but build the right kind of work ethic and expectations amongst the players in the program. I would love to know Greg Bells feelings on how things have worked out.
