      That's the correct analysis. It sucks to lose two top recruits. They likely won't be the only ones, and we'll lose current players, too. But we needed change, and this is an inevitable part of that change.

    Bo is a regular guy. Or at least a vindictive, petty, self-serving, paranoid regular guy. Reportedly, Pelini went off about SE and the NU administration. Why is that hard to believe? Why the need for an off-campus meeting? I'll be very surprised if Bo gets a HC job anywhere. And I mean anywhere. The post-firing thing in itself wont hurt him. His behavior while HC will. Let's stop throwing the man under a bus unless proof says otherwise.

    Man these kids still have school and football games are harder on the body then most other sports. Understandable. Maybe a regular season game can be dropped. Hell, 11 games seasons were common not long ago.

    There won't be more than 3,000 USC fans there...that might even be pushing it. Uh...no. That's the easiest road trip...and San Diego is a popular road trip regardless at USC. I think USC fans show up...b/c of name brand opponent. If USC had been playing Fresno State...then yes, not much attendance. USC fans get the bigotry that is really ignorant sometimes. It could have been worse, the Sun Bowl. Great excuse for Nebraska fans to go to Cali - San Diego is great. I dunno, disappointing season for USC, we'll well outnumber them.

    No, I think concerns about Riley are valid, and shouldn't be automatically thrown aside. I was very negative on him the day it started, but I've warmed up to the guy. He seems to fit well. He's bringing over a part of his staff. Now, I'm not too excited about the DC, but that DC also has an excellent rep outside of these past couple seasons. But, I wouldn't mind seeing him shake it up a little. Still really want Orgeron. I think it's true, it's kinda concerning that his teams don't have more wins. However, he seems like a Dan McCarney type, he could get a lot out of players, with average recruiting it wouldn't be enough to make a great team, but a good team. Also, you'd have to imagine Riley would have to be realistic at Oregon St. He wasn't going to get 4 and 5 stars regularly. That's ok.

    This year, you have an 8 team playoff, it's the top 4, plus TCU, Baylor, Mississippi St., and Michigan St. Which is a pretty good round up.

    Brotha man, you gotta make sure you're posting your threads in the right section. I think 8 teams is the future, just gotta let some of the old farts who hated the playoffs fade away first.
