Immediately eligible? 25 years old? Between him and Damian Jackson we'll have a nursing home roster in no time.

I think we should have Mario lead the way whichever song we decide on.

Ohio State at home 2011. That and setting off the chain reaction to get Scott Frost here.

Copious amounts. Call it ill advised and masochist or whatever but I wanted to see who persevered through the adversity and who didn't.

62-3 Ohio State at home or the 56-14 loss against Iowa. Both teams could have dropped a hundred burger on the huskers if they kept the foot on the gas pedal. It was like we'd traded places with the 90's huskers and some of their opponents they throttled in the day. It wasn't how good they were, just how ill prepared we were the last couple of years. Those were the worst because it was the first time my grandfather, ( an 80 year old lifelong husker fan), and parents had stopped watching the game long before it was over because you knew the outcome very early on. I watched every single game of the Riley era all the way through and Scott Frost is an answered prayer.

I'm referring to moves like having our 6'9" RT move to guard. It's a combination of trotting out the right fellas AND the right positions for the right guys. Greg Austin I thought was one of the largest upgrades from the previous staff.

Who would have thought that putting our best athletes who grasp the scheme out as our starting 5 might work out? I watched Wisconsins offensive line factory skit on youtube and cringed when comparing it to Cav's body of work. How that guy still has a job is laughable.

Something that may have been mentioned already, Will Honas at 3:07 blasted Wilbon and turned a few heads for that old school nastiness.

Not concerned about his weight. Shaq Griffin weighed around 220 last season and we all now how that turned out. SF seems to be following the smaller and faster linebacker mantra that TO followed later in his career to adjust to the speed of the game.

That version of Come Together needs to be put on the shelf for good. Sirius Can you feel It? Thunderstruck or Ecstacy of Gold are a hundred times better.

Which QB Should Be The Starter
husker_fan_from_sweden replied to The Murphinator's topic in Husker Football
I thought there were two occasions where Gebbia could have another couple of TD's if it were live. Not taking anything away from Adrian but I thought Gebbia matched him for TD's and had a couple called back throughout the game including the opening play. I still think Adrian wins it. As good as Gebbia could be for us AM has shades of RGIII when he tucks it/guns it. Tristan has loads of talent as well. -
*** Official 2018 Spring Game Thread ***
husker_fan_from_sweden replied to Mavric's topic in Husker Football
Someone please post the youtube link to the full spring game the instant it becomes available. Some of us had to work and are dying for more than just the highlights. -
That white sides defense looks to have 4-5 studs who were strategically placed there. Specifically the front 7.

Good luck to him. Oregon State could use his pro style ability.

ESPN FPI Says 5.5-6.5 for the Huskers
husker_fan_from_sweden replied to Mavric's topic in Husker Football
If ESPN was off by 5 wins with UCF last year, I wouldn't mind if they were wrong by the same amount again this year. 10-2 would be a stellar season. -
With limited media coverage of practice...
husker_fan_from_sweden replied to teachercd's topic in Husker Football
What's more important? The OWH selling more subscriptions by giving anyone and everyone the inside scoop of practices and of the program? Or the Football team keeping their product under wraps until September 1st? Easy choice. -

Huskers looking to add grad transfer at QB?
husker_fan_from_sweden replied to jsneb83's topic in Husker Football
Scott has engineered 4 straight record setting/nation leading/extremely productive/you name it QB's in his last two stops at U of O and UCF. I think he knows what he is doing with this group, including not being done adding competition. -
Huskers looking to add grad transfer at QB?
husker_fan_from_sweden replied to jsneb83's topic in Husker Football
This tells me that either Frost is anticipating that not all of our scholarship QB's will be on the roster come September, or that added competition from an experienced QB was too tough to pass up. -
Two fold. 1. Your body has raised testosterone levels that early in the morning right after waking up and you are able to get more out of your lifts. Many high schools in Texas already do so to get the most out of 14-18 year olds. 2. It doesn't afford the option of staying up late and missing out on sleep. Football really becomes a 24/7 job for these guys. https://www.hgha.com/blog/testosterone/why-testosterone-levels-are-higher-in-the-morning/ "Upon awakening, testosterone levels are at their peak. Once food intake begins, these levels will start to fluctuate throughout the day. Physical exertion and exercise can also play a significant role in the daily production. Lack of sleep and stress are additional factors that can impact changes in testosterone levels for adult men and women."

DB Marquez Beason [Illinois - Signed LOI]
husker_fan_from_sweden replied to Mavric's topic in 2019 Profiles
Illinois? The proverbial bottom feeder just above Rutgers? Lovie Smith might not be done for in Champaign after all. -
And Richard Sherman ran a 4.6. Straight line speed isn't everything, John Ross has been an afterthought.
