    question for everybody. I dont have the means to go back and rewatch the illinois game, but i remember an illinois receiver making a catch near the sideline, and the nearest husker defender turned his back to the receiver, as if he was going to block for him. did this actually happen, and did anybody else see it? i may or may not have been drinking at the time, so my recollection may be off. *pardon me if its been discussed elsewhere*

      I doubt ESPN would allow Bo to stop looking pissed on the sidelines. Oh wait...We're not texass, so they don't own us. They'll keep trolling the sidelines though, you can count on that.

    Maybe they put RK in the game so they can review some things with TA? I have no idea if this is true, but it is a possibility. this is my theory as well. give TA a series off every now and then to coach him up. it sure doesnt seem to hurt. and something I just thought of, can someone who was at the game tell the rest of us what Martinez is doing with his time on the sideline? I would hope he is involved with the O, teaching and encouraging.

    Game 1 was a 37-34 win. Game 2 was a 56-13 win. Thats an improvment of 19 points on offense and 21 points for the defense between weeks 1 and 2. If this trend continues, we will win the MNC by a score of 284 to -239. Im calling it right meow.

    The entire team gets stuck in traffic, and is late for the game. The only player who shows up on time is Kenny Bell, who was in the locker room all day making sure his hair was game-ready. In a move that will go down in sports legend, Jack Hoffman comes down from the stands and puts on a jersey and helmet. On the first snap from scrimage, Kenny hands off to Jack, who barrels through the Wyoming D. Jack stiff arms a pursuing defender, and hurdles the safety on his way to a 75 yard touchdown. Jack then goes home, because its way past his bedtime.

    Personally, I would want to be part of the fanbase that, when we lose, doesn't let our joy and mental health depend on a group of kids attempting to make one arbitrary number being higher than another arbitrary number. Thats not really what I meant. I'll admit that when I was younger, I took loses pretty personally, but I would like to think I've grown out of that over the last few years (my girlfriend might disagree). I was saying that I dont want to be part of a fanbase that has dealt with loses so often it becomes routine, and easy to handle. Its not something that I, personally, want to get used to.

    They say that when you win, you should act like you've been there before. Do we want to be the fanbase that, when we lose, act like we've been there before? I prefer every lose to be a shock, and respond accordingly.

    5 year old cancer survivor scored a touchdown during the Browns Family Night. I'm sure it was a great moment for everyone, but Jacks obviously a more talented RB.

    I seem to always have to work during games, so I set up live updates on my phone. I get a text for every score, turnover, time out, and the end of every quarter. Since I usually cant check my phone more than once every half hour, I get really upset when I feel my phone vibrating in my pocket, and not being knowing if its good or bad. Im definetly not an "info lockdown" down. I'd rather get snippets in real time than watch the whole thing later.
