    Going on another cruise, taking the kids this time and we're going to drive. The questions is......do I avoid Atlanta all together and go through Nashville and Birmingham to get to Miami or drive right through Atlanta and say, "Hold my beer and watch this!?"

      Lol, thanks for the responses swmohusker and Z. If we leave here at 5am on Friday morning we should hit ATL at around 8pm. The other route through Birmingham adds an hour and a half to our trip. But I've heard people say they've been stuck in ATL for hours before so it could be a wash. I'd much rather be moving south than sitting in traffic. Thanks for the help.
