      If you live in a northern climate that gets snow, its best to have a south facing driveway (or at least not a north facing driveway).

      Also when coming up with your mortgage amount, make sure that you are factoring in your escrow (insurance and property taxes).

      We just put down money to reserve a lot for new construction and we have until Thursday to back out before we have to sign the purchase agreement.  My head is spinning from everything, but we figured new construction was the only way we could get basically everything that we want.

      UCF is playing Stanford and Pitt in 2019, UNC and GT in 2020, Louisville in 2021, Louisville and GT in 2022, and has UNC in 2024 and 2025.

      When would this hypothetical 2 for 1 be?  The way football schedules are made, I'm guessing for 2025-27, and that doesn't do UCF any good...

    Tickets for the game Saturday night are expensive.  Nosebleeds are going for $200 per ticket!
