Not to get off topic but I don't understand why we have to seperate the bathrooms in the first place. I've been in places with coed bathrooms and it was pretty much exactly the same as seperated bathrooms. Everyone is just in there to do their business.

Last season UCF ran around 75 plays a game. In the article it says he wants to get 130-140 reps per practice. If they practice this way 3 days each game week thats up to 410+ reps in preperation for 75. I don't know how other teams practice, but assuming most teams don't do that many reps even 100 reps 4 days a week only gets to 400 with a day less to recover.

I think in a sense that is what he meant. The body will always be able to do what the mind tells it to do (to a degree) the part you need to train is the mind to keep going when your body "feels" tired. The body will keep going and do what is asked of it if the mind simply asks.

No system is perfect, but computer systems can run very reliably now adays. The safety provided by automation far outweighs the potential issues. Computer systems run so much now, alot of damage could be done from a widespread crash or malfuntion to large servers today. So this is a risk we already deal with as a society daily. We rely on computers as is.

I had read somewhere there was a driver behind the wheel during the testing and it was perhaps somewhat the pedestrians fault. One thing I will say about autonomous driving is self driving cars have already clocked millions of miles on public roadways. The accident rate for these vehichles is extremely low.

Everything you hear from the staff just shows you they know what it takes to win at a high level. There is a level of insight when they talk about the culture and leadership they want to see.
