I'm whining? I remember a kid who not too long ago was gonna be the best thing since sliced bread. I believe his name was Tyjon Lyndsay. He didnt do a thing but someone brought in his "talent". McQuitty was a 4* and hasn't seen the field as well. My point was that at this point they are just talent on paper until they perform on the field. I wasn't bashing Held's recruiting.

Thats their soccer field I believe but they do have a field turf practice field. If I remember correctly their football field is natural grass. At least it was years ago

THANK YOU. I tried to take it one stepe further and tell kids to try to take snap shots of where people would be. I remember 2 times being "blind side" blocked. Once in HS and Once in college. Both times as soon as I started turning I "knew" it was coming. The first guy launched himself into my midsection knocking the wind out of me. The second guy must have had a conscious because he could have ruined my day but kinda hit/pushed me. This is part of football. Its the reason everyone can't play

Not exactly sure how it works nowadays but teams usually dont dress as many guys for away games. I think the depth chart means something to the guys who are on the cusp of the travel roster. If you aren't at the game you definitely aren't playing. Different school and different time but I started working a lot harder when two weeks out I was not listed on the travel roster. So I don't think they are meaningless. Plus some guys just take more pride in being #1 even tho #2 might get just as many reps depending on position

My uncle used to have an actual satelite dish(not the little ones of today). We would watch games like that and it was cool because they didn't go to commercial and you could hear all the s#!t the announcers would say while off camera
