I think it i his choice to make for sure, but this is how I look at things. A college professor once told me to make decisions based on what your 65 year old self would think looking back on life. That helped me to not do things I wanted to do at the time. It helped take a lot of stress away from things I thought were huge issues at the time. If he did that and can live with it, awesome!

UNC-OU Another boring bowl game....

I lived in Las Vegas for 10 years. I went to a lot of UNLV games and the Las Vegas bowl. I find it interesting see the different teams and traditions. I also have been to a few MAC championship games and Detroit Bowls. College FB is really cool when you look at it as a whole. My son plays D-3 FB in NY. I enjoy seeing that level of FB too. Kids playing for the love of the game. No scholarships, NIL deals, no notoriety, no tons of free gear. There are a group of guys in their 60's or 70's that wear the old school stuff and go to every game. No glitz or glamour. Just watching kids giving it their all.

Our biggest issue has been development. I feel that will change.

Really ugly was the whole Frost era. Husker nation should file a class action lawsuit against him for appearing like he didn't even give a s#!t. Spent more time being drunk, stupid and whoring around. Hell, if we would have had someone who gave a crap, we would have been to a bowl game. Heck, a trained monkey could have done a better job.

I heard the current staff met with him at his HS to congratulate him on a great year and wish him luck at OSU. How our previous staffs missed out on In-state kids baffles my mind.

Focus on DL and OL. Went for bigger faster and Stronger linemen. More physical. NU beat Tennessee up. Before they were focused more on skilled players. Go back and watch the game. The announcers talk about it during the broadcast about the style differences.

They say that Nebraska thumping Tennessee is what caused the SEC at the time to change the way they do things. I work with a lot of Michigan jackwagons. They say there is no way that Nebraska could have hung with Michigan. I am like, yep, that Ryan Leaf led WSU team was a powerhouse.
