I see where you are coming from, but you never know. My daughter is a NAIA athlete. Her national championship was in Gulf Shores Alabama. The coach said he was happy to be south. Got tired of the storms of the Midwest. This year they got hit by a tropical storm. My daughter threw in standing water. I think weather can suck anywhere. But cold does suck for a National Championship. And yes the track world bows down to Nike. My throwers switched to Adidias shoes this year. Kids loved them! They will never go back to Nike.

I live in Cleveland so I hear the debate all of the time. It comes down to this for me. 6 championships, All NBA defensive team 9x, got the living crap beat out of him many times! (see Detroit bad boys) Hard fouls today can't live up to late 80's and early 90's. I go back and forth. Lebron is completely awesome, but I can't get past those things.

I met Dennis when his son was on a recruiting trip to our college and I was the host. He was an awesome individual. His son ended up playing for us. I talked to him occasionally after our games. He was always up in the bleachers with his headphones on listening to the Husker game watching ours. After my last college game as a senior he came down and talked to me. He said, "I remember you saying you had never been to a Nebraska game?" I said "nope, but some day I will." He said, "here are two tickets to the Oklahoma game." I was absolutely thrilled. Great memories of a great man.

Urb doesn't need a reason to run up the score on anyone. Bill was talking up the program that is his job.

Damon Benning has seen practice. He ranks Vedral (who obviously knows the offense) and Bunch as the top two QB's this early on.

Iowa looked good last year curb stomping Nebraska....and Ohio State. Iowa has been tough about every other year. That is Nebraska's fault, we need to put them into their place. Crossover games have been unfairly biased against Nebraska. I wish we could go back to the divisions that were leaders and legends with better names.

I am not sure if this is the right forum or not? Is anybody else watching it? I have watched it for a while now and love it. Young Bucks vs. Golden Lovers tag match may have been one of the best I have ever scene. Kenny Omega vs. Chris Jericho a few months ago was also awesome!

I work at a High School, we had two kids recruited by Cornell a few years ago. Coach said they only needed to get a 28 or a 29 on their ACT to get in. I was like wow! But to be honest at Ivy league schools, they wouldn't be able to have all sports if they didn't.

At the end of the day I take Frost because he is the best fit for Nebraska. Would the other two do well here? Yes, but I think the fans would want to kill Harbaugh after about 2 years.

That is exactly right. How about same academic standards too? I think we should cut through all of the BS and just have the power 5 and let the other play for something different. I think that is what the powers that be really want. Let's stop dancing around it. I just get tired of the season and playoffs that seems to just be a commercial for the SEC.
