My favorite seven word prayer ...

"Not my will ... Thy will be done!"

Sure helps me abandon self ... for Him ... in each moment.

Good prayers, both of them. 

It would be a good idea to include, "Not my will ... Thy will be done," in all prayers.  Because we don't know God's will, and when we pray for things we often don't understand the implications of what we ask for.
