  1. From what you’ve heard? How do we know this now?
  2. Everyone complains about Biden, but no one really can tell you specifically why. It’s like it’s trendy to complain about a president just for the sake of complaining. Without anyone giving any real solutions or what a “better” President would have done differently. It’s why midterms generally go the way they do. People are dumb. Americans are dumb.
  3. Well that says something…that we sorta already knew.
  4. Doubt it ever gets there, but boy wouldn’t the discovery be fun.
  5. Shatel apparently not impressed with HCSF today. https://omaha.com/sports/huskers/football/shatel-frosts-strange-stumble-out-of-the-gate-is-a-perplexing-start-to-big-ten/article_4f5b191a-0d08-11ed-a55f-2fd371d11057.html#tracking-source=home-sports
  6. For all of us off season Kool-Aid drinkers...back to a sobering reality we are. It looks like playing everyone competitively within one score 90% of the time in defeat means absolutely nothing. As it should. Until this coaching staff figures out how to close out games with a W, we will continue to be viewed as being among the B1G bottom feeders.
  7. Bingo. Our “well endowed “ HB poster needs to read this. And then read it again.
  8. He most certainly did respond. He told the guy to f#&% off after the guy's bumper sticker told him (JJhusker) to f#&% off. Justified? Hell yeah. Good decision? Probably not, but debatable. But none of that was the original point. More people carrying guns may lead to more road rage and other confrontational shootings. To some, guns are like a hammer and every problem they encounter with others become nails.
  9. Irrelevant in this conversation. Whether or not how @JJ Husker responded to "bumper sticker guy" was a good idea, is a different conversation. This was about carrying a gun, possibly providing a security blanket when it comes to dealing with a situation, so to speak. It never was about legality of a hypothetical shooting. It seems you're trying to make it about something other that what it was intended.
  10. Are you sure you quoted the correct post?
  11. His original point was that having a gun may make someone do something they may not otherwise do. He gave an example of a personal encounter. Blame is really irrelevant.
  12. Sweet! ....Who in the hell is Greg Smith?
  13. David French’s book “Divided We Fall “ outlines similar, albeit fictional, scenarios and the hypothetical results aren’t necessarily good for the world. It’s an interesting read.
  14. Dude. Be careful engaging those people. Those jack-assess and their bumper stickers used to piss me off too, though. Now I try to just imagine how pathetic their life must be that they have to resort getting their feelings out in that manner. Why does that Trump loving, Biden hating, bumper sticker crowd always seem to be driving older POS pickups? You never see those on Camrys or Accords.
  15. Rudy is a pathetic human being. He went from star district attorney to a mayor everyone loved, to pathetic Trump puppet. Eventually his true colors have shown. Just sad and I sort of feel bad for the guy.
  16. s#!thead republican’s. Is there any other way to say it?
  17. Why bad? Should be good for recruiting? Fun, albeit tough competition.
  18. I think it’s up to Cipollone. If Trump exerts executive privilege, Biden will waive it. The DOJ, however has already made clear it won’t enforce congressional subpoenas for Trump’s inner circle. So testifying could be an opportunity for Cipollone to get himself out of this whole mess. If this ever becomes a criminal trial, I believe the court could enforce subpoenas on pretty much any relevant party. But I’m not a lawyer, so I’m basically just talking out of my a$$ on this topic.
  19. Probably not, unless he’s still Trump’s attorney or the activity in question occurred while he was being represented by Cipollone for a related matter, but I don’t know. Good question. I doubt you can just do whatever you want in front of your attorney and expect no repercussions.
  20. Roger Stone is so slimy, it looks like he got two pardon’s and Trump gave Flynn one of them is this for real? Or just just some photo editing job? Hilarious either way.
  21. So Rudy has people who witnessed him not asking for something. How on earth did this guy take down mob bosses?
  22. 50% he will. The case needs to be rock solid. An exoneration would be really bad. I’m 100% he should, if nothing else, to force some of theses clowns to testify.
  23. As it stands now, I’m still about 50/50 on an indictment happening for Trump. And even less confident in a conviction. I don’t think Garland indicts, unless he thinks he has a air tight case. This could take a while.
