ISU will be watching tape on NUs defense and making schemes to beat the defense. That's what Ball State players said they did in the press conference, followed by "We knew we could move the ball against them so we werent intimidated". Not verbatum, but similar words. So ISU would be foolish not to do that. I have no idea how ISU is playing so I really cant comment. We ran good against them last year, and Zac set the previous passing record the year before. So again, I have no idea what we will do.

There are different versions of the WCO. Maybe a different version would work. Maybe Cally could make it a little less complexed, less options, less verbage. He could do that. He could try. If his players are trying. But will he? Doubt it that he'll bend. I prefer the balance attack with the option to pass more if needed, run more when necessary. Anyway, the discussion on the WCO is out there in past threads. I'm guessing that's where this is heading.

Ruuds INT which he bobbled, but then stayed with it to catch it, then running the distance for a TD? That was a postive. And Dante Love's dropped ball on the last drive who happened to be nails all game, that's a positive. Hey man, its good to have a break go our way. Even championship teams need to have those breaks. The win, no matter how ugly or pretty, is a positive. The only negative thought I can muster up at this point, since everything has already been discussed & debated, is that we dont get to watch the game on the Tube this week.
