Hard to find a hat ?? The red hat with a white N is what I usually wear--sorta like the baseball team's hats. I like Pelini's hat--the white one with the simple, red, block N. Bo has issues, maybe those need to be talked about, the public mind set a little riled up right now, and the OWH is going to feed into that. Both the LJS and OWH have been (rightly) accused of eating out of UNL's hand, maybe the OWH wants to change the status quo a little... If you are connected as you claim to be, you know the media has sat on at least one story about Bo's behaviour off the field, and ignored the 500 pound gorilla that was Carls home life, that was the worst kept secret in Lancaster county, and not one word from either. In the end people should be able to understand a hit piece, if that is truley what it is. Should the OWH go out of its way to bash Bo, no, but if a negative article can create usefull discussion, then it might not be a bad thing. Why is Carl's divorce anyone's business? If one of us has marriage problems it isn't for public. It shouldn't be any different for a coach. So I don't see how that's a gorilla for anyone. And Id have to know which other rumor you're addressing. Bo's done everything from punch his kids coach to destroy TO's office. I would hope you're not that dense. Oh and one more thing-- the whole "transgressions" rumor regarding Marvin Sanders or the Carl Pelini "boosters wife" rumor-- seriously where do you guys hear this crap? I think the truth is that nobody here truly knows why Marvin Sanders resigned or if Carl Pelini was forced out in any way. The speculation on these topics is disgusting. If you can't name your source, then you're just stirring the pot. Be a man, be accountable for what you say.

Loyalty develops over time. I think with every passing season, Pelini will become even more loyal to what he's building at Nebraska. Until he reaches the mindset that he's "done all he can do here", then I'm sure he will stay. Every good coaching staff will eventually get raided for talent. That's happened for decades. Look at the lineage of Pelini-Stoops-Snyder-Fry. Good coaches produce good coaches. And why the yearning for a "big name DC"? We have a big name DC and his name is Bo Pelini. His system works, it's been proven to work--he just needs some guys that can play with the heart of a Burkhead, or David, or Dennard.

I think the offense definitely improved. The defense, however, has not shown the ability to stop a mobile QB. Had Braxton Miller stayed healthy, we would not have won.

I think that we'll have alot of trouble with Michigan. Our defense still has not demonstrated that they can handle a mobile QB and Michigan's Dennard Robinson is about as mobile as they come.
