as long as the offensive and defensive lines aren't very good, the team won't be very good.... that's where Nebraska needs to recruit more than anything... they need to get the best possible linemen they can and if you can't believe the predictions out there then i can't believe you can't believe the predictions... what has this team shown us besides sloppy, blown assignment football ? The mad scientist will score 100 points if we let them... then he'd just blame running up the score on the current system and the margin of victory factor

i heard or read somewhere that Lucky is starting.. here's to hoping Helu comes in on the second play of the game ..... i would really love to see Lucky run with some fire and passion.... i just can't ever remember it from him.... he needs to take pointers from Helu .... but then again maybe the line blocks better for Helu... maybe Helu just has better all around karma.... who the hell knows ... i'm just typing out loud the thoughts in my head

whooooa the is dripping all over this thread ... honestly i'd say Missouri has played a better schedule so far than Nebraska .... Illinois would probably beat VT and Nevada would surely beat any of the three teams Nebraska beat... and as far as defenses, Missouri has Sean Weatherspoon and William Moore (who hasn't played much at all because of injury) ... Nebraska doesn't have the individuals on D to compare to those two.... let's just hope NU brings their A game on saturday night or this game could get ugly in a hurry

if all three of our backs average at least five yards per touch why the hell can't we get more first downs ? and with Helu averaging seven yards per touch he should be getting the majority of the touches

in my opinion there's two types of Nebraska fans not looking forward to this game: 1) ones that jump on and off the bandwagon 2) "talent level" birds , they're just like boo-birds but love to blame everything on talent level
