Why I have to laugh... I point out shortcomings of previous shift, which has been brought to management's attention multiple times (9th email I've sent), and the solution is not fixing the problem, but the fact that I need to make changes to what I'm doing... unbefreakingleavable...
It is a pretty common issue. I also deal with it at my work and usually when something gets brought up by the boss about why something isn't done, I just tell him don't talk to me about it, I got my sh#t done.
