Why I have to laugh... I point out shortcomings of previous shift, which has been brought to management's attention multiple times (9th email I've sent), and the solution is not fixing the problem, but the fact that I need to make changes to what I'm doing... unbefreakingleavable...
My employees get told the same thing all the time, eventually it catches up to the person not doing their job. And yo look better if y ou fix their things.
