    When I was walking the dog tonight we got attacked by a neighbor's dog. My pants got ripped and a little nip, dog was bit multiple times, dragged by the tail. Lots of blood, but the other dog was taken to city pound. Can we euthanize owners?

      @The Dude - I had pepper spray, but couldn't get it to work.

      @NUance - had to look up the Ron Mexico reference, funny because I live in Leavenworth where Vick spent some "time"

      Thanks for the concern from all - got back from the vet and found only a bite at the end of the tail. Fortunately my dog is a shiba which has a bushy curled tail so the pit bull bit mostly hair. And I saw the owner at the grocery store today. Just ignored her.

      My sister has one of those. Smart dog. Freaks me out how it acts aloof like a cat though.
