    When I was walking the dog tonight we got attacked by a neighbor's dog. My pants got ripped and a little nip, dog was bit multiple times, dragged by the tail. Lots of blood, but the other dog was taken to city pound. Can we euthanize owners?

      Seriously though, I'm glad you weren't seriously hurt. Could have been much worse than that trying to separate two fighting dogs.
