Wow. You're learning again. Good to see some sense getting through. However, if the money for the wall comes out of US coffers (no matter how it got there), Mexico isn't paying, we are. If Mexico paid we would have all of the extra money to use on things like roads, bridges, and education.

It's not even in effect yet... And even if it were, that's not how it works.

I've thought the same thing, even before the 2016 election. Whether he is trying to not to win or is just bad at the job isn't what worries me most. That would be the 40-50% of voters that are fine with either scenario.
