being ranked is not that important to me, i want to see a competitive team get better each week.

bringing his whole staff from UCF was huge in keeping continuity and their growth together as coaches, although i believe they have some learning to do at this level too....be patient.

the Eichorst-Riley era was a dark time at NU, MR showed me nothing, not sure how he ever coached in NFL.......time to move on.

this team will be a work in progress......at least 4 loses....maybe one blow out......they will improve as the season progresses.

i am concerned with the O line........

we all know Martinez is the more gifted runner......and sounds like, so far, TG processes plays quicker and more consistently..........i think it hurts M a bit since he has been out of football since his senior year...

i am sure he knows the expectations.

if i am reading Frost correctly, he values a quick thinking qb over a pure speed guy..........he wants a guy who can make good decisions quickly.

the chances of all these running backs staying healthy the entire season are slim.........we will see them all in this offense.

yup. i agree with you fully.........the fan base is excited, with wild predicts on how we will perform........at the end of the season i will stand with you and be satisfied even at 6-6........everyone acts like we have found some great secret and we will suddenly be wildly successful.......we will be BETTER......and BETTER next season.........that is a realistic expectation, which we should all understand.....as a lot of other teams we will play will be better too!

i am ready to see the Davis twins play some ball............lots of hype when they first came here, little in achievements, so far.

if they can prove urban knew of all this way back in 2009..............he is a goner. i believe the O coordinator will take over and OSU will be just fine.

a good start for this team would be a 21 point victory......may be expecting too much, but we need to start off with a bang.

exchanging 30 lbs.of fat for 30 lbs. of muscle, in 8-12 months or less would be quite a feat! my grade is based on how much guys get pushed around, conditioning and technique are going to determine the quality of line play.
