I scored her digits with the old move of handing her my phone and telling her to put her number in since I was heading out to a new bar in a few minutes... We texted a few times but looking back on it the texts seemed a bit "cold" anyway we were going to meet up, I got to the place and texted her while I was in the parking lot...no response...so I just waited about 10 minutes and texted her again...nothing. So I left. I can't remember if it was while I was driving home or not but she texted me and said her brother was in a bad accident or something like that...she might have been being honest but it seemed like a blow off.

Some of these are fantastic! Makes my explosive diarrhea story seem pretty lame! There have got to me more. I know that most of us posters on this site have either never been with a girl (like me) or just been with girls that were actually dudes (again, like me) but there must be more!

Here is mine... I meet this girl at my pool back when I lived in an apartment complex...she is pretty hot so I start chatting with her...we were the only two out there at that time. I had just finished working out when I saw her from the weight room that was next to the pool so of course I did extra push-ups and curls so that I would look better...it didn't help so I just kept my shirt on while swimming and told her that I had a bad sunburn. Anywho I get her digits and we make plans...We will start off at Kona. We head out to Kona and start drinking and eating...20 minutes into it I can tell that I am going to have explosive diarrhea and so I say "Hey, I think I just saw a buddy, I will be right back" I leave and BOOM I explode in the bathroom, trying so hard to crap as fast as I can so that she doesn't think I am doing what I am doing. I get back out and sit down "Wow, yeah, sorry about that, it was one of my old friends I had not seen in forever" She buys it or she didn't care, either way I was cool with it...so we head out to Citrus (A now defunct bar in Omaha) and we sit down and start drinking...guess what...ITS BACK...I have to explode again! So I say "Hey, I gotta go to the restroom" and I get up and go...I am sweating! I get in and literally explode the second I sit down...trying as hard as I can to finish up fast. I get back and again say "Man, I just saw a buddy in the restroom" now, there was basically no one in the bar at this time but I still went with that lie. So we have a few more drinks and finally I feel better...we head back to her place and fool around a bit. I felt so dirty!

I agree...that would be like saying that DePaul is a great campus...because it is in Chicago. The problem is you don't even know you are on the freaking campus! I have heard amazing things about UGA and Clemson. I also like the idea of the campus being tucked away (like Buffalo Bill's junk) and almost hidden. I think it gives the campus a totally different feeling. I think that MSU is way low...that campus blew me away now it might have been because it was one of the first campuses (campi?) that I ever visited with the intention of possibly attending. Personally Lincoln is just okay, I could see it ranked more in the middle but its not a big deal. I do think that Lincolns O street and Rail Yard are better than anything I have seen at Minny, NW or Madison.

Naw. Gateway to bike theft. Ha! Nice! I don't remember a lot of pot in the dorms but there sure could have been. I do remember that on Fridays you could basically hear everyone backpack making clanging sounds while filled with beer cans and bottles as they brought in the fun-juice.

There was a walk-on lineman in the Solich/Callahan era who kept a journal during his years on the football team, and then he ended up having a book published about his time. It was an ok read. Some of the pro-Callahan people during the Callahan years loved it because it kinda showed some negative things about the Solich-ran teams. Yeah, I read that. It was pretty cool. It got a bit lame at some points but what do you expect. They should do one on thug life in the beta house!
