    I think we Husker baseball people need to sort of realize that it just isn't that big of a deal. My guess is that even when Husker baseball was really good, it was still making the same amount of cash that it is now, that is totally just a guess but you are only going to squeeze so much money out of baseball. I also think it is amazing how Miles has almost no middle ground of support. It seems like it is either "fire him" or "You must be crazy, Miles is amazing"

    Oh yeah, I remember that now! I played East. St Louis twice in HS...both times in the playoffs.

    Yeah, I was 6A when I played out there years ago...that was the biggest at the time... Had no idea they made the state title game recently, that is impressive. IHSA football playoffs are no joke

    Burbs play really good football...plainfield from what I remember is not really known as ever being that good but maybe that has changed.

    Cheating is all over the place in CBB...shoot 90% of the asst coaches that are hired are hired for their (cheating) connections. I bet every assistant on Miles staff has two phones...

    UCLA might go after Muss... Gottfried is good because he can cheat...I personally am all for that. The NCAA rules are not my moral compass and I would rather have the team I like be good and then have 'vacate wins" later instead of never being good.

    They hit the jackpot with Weber...his games might be hard to watch but they play nasty defense and hardly ever beat themselves. Weber would have come to NU had that job been open at the time and he would have had similar results as he has had at KSU

    I lurked before...for about 6 months...then my neighbor got blinds and that sort of ended the relationship.

    A few people have mentioned this to me but it was in regards to a few boosters not being super thrilled with the spending of cash.

    Mrs. Miles, I am not trying to be disrespectful to your husband. 8 years ago Husker basketball was pretty much where it is 8 years later. I think, I am not 100% sure, that Sadler might have even had a better overall record in comparison to your husband.
