That is the problem...what things are "important", I mean it isn't fair to say the things that you think (or that I think) are important are more important than another persons. I also think people who care about Kim are losers...But I am guessing that her family cares about her a lot...well some of them

I was down at the CWS this afternoon and my buddy brought up Husker baseball and how fun it was when they made it to the CWS...I have a feeling we won't see that ever again. I do think we will see tons of hotties down at the CWS though...

I can't agree more (unless you are being condescending) but the West is HORRIBLE. People...NW is not good...Purdue is not good...Illinois is not good...Iowa is not good...Wisconsin has FEASTED off of crap teams. NU has been s#!tTY and that is why other teams have done well. That s#!t is over.

Yeah, it seemed interesting at first and then I realized I really don't mind paying to view stuff legally. I just wish there was a more all encompassing way to view everything more seamlessly and with fewer providers and options. Right now I have Comcast cable, Netflix, Amazon prime and Hulu and before football season starts I need to dump Comcast and get a streaming service so I can get BTN. Luckily I have kids and the folks here on HB that understand all this stuff better than I do.

I'm almost in the exact same boat, but with a few perks. I have Comcast internet with basic cable and HBOGO for free. I have Hulu TV (Which has BTN), Amazon Prime and Netflix. All together it runs me about $115 a month. Still way cheaper than getting cable with all those channels. I had planned on dumping Hulu after football season, but it has a lot of good TV shows and movies to watch. I don't mind paying for things now. I mean, I have a job and everyone deserves to get paid for their work, so I'm fine with it. I just don't want to get screwed over by the big media corporations.

I get it. Comcast is the only one that I feel I'm getting prison sexed by....well, them and Verizon. Bad thing is I'll still have to maintain Comcast internet but they cram the rest up their can. Probably would've continued to overpay them forever but they went and screwed the pooch when they quit carrying BTN.

Wow...that is interesting because talk about 3 really different types of actors with a ton of different roles. Cruise sort of gets a bad rap/rep but I like his movies. Hanks pretty much dominated movies for about 10 years. What about Ford, you could toss him in this era, couldn't you? Really good call on Taxi Driver...great movie! Goodfellas, in my opinion, was just dominated by Joey P. Now, Bronx Tale was really underrated in my mind but I think that was dominated by Chaz but I think De Niro directed it so there is something to be said for that. Denzel...Glory was amazing and Training Day was so wonderfully overacted that it worked perfectly. Remember the Titans is awesome. But you might be right, there is a decent gap. Now, for me, when I think Godfather(s) I really never think of Bob all that much. I think, Al, Marlon and then Bob. You are making a good argument, that is for sure.

Remake...and not even sniffing as cool as the original. Would you put Denzel Washington in the same "generation" as Bobby D? If so, Washington is probably also more accomplished.

Hmmmm, yeah...but I think Cooper steals the show in that one. But it is a really good movie but I totally forgot Bobby D was even in it.
